My husband as Deathwing from World of Warcraft. He took home third place at Blizzcon 2011 in the costume contest. Costume made by me and my husband.

Materials: Leather, foam mats, styrofoam, papermache, paperclay, and wonderflex.

I think that this costume had to get first place. Your hubby makes for a perfect if slightly younger looking Deathwing :)
